Hi, I'm Stephanie
Stephanie is a filmmaker, photographer, story weaver, artist, romanticizer of life, film teacher, & creator. The goal in her work is to awaken the soul, senses, creativity, connection to the Earth, and inspire you to become an artist.
She started her film career in the wedding and commercial industry - deep in hustle culture. In 2020, her husband David began loosing his hearing at the age of 37. This tragic event awakened her to what's most important, and brought awareness to her physical senses and artistry on a much deeper level. Later, she was diagnosed with an incurable disease, endometriosis, which further woke her up to her body, senses, soul, connection to the earth, and healing as she found remission.
She quit filming for clients and began slowing down and going inward. Today, her work is a reflection of her inner world, and shows the beauty of the outer world. It's a sensory experience blending sound, sight, and the heart. Visual poetry if you will.
Stephanie & David have 4 beautiful kids, 2 dogs, 10 chickens, and a pink house nestled at the foot of the mountains.
